I made 2 reservations at the hotel because I could not make up my mind what kind of room we wanted. Being from TX & being close to other Indian Casinos in OK, I had pretty high expectations for this place. My husband & I came in for my HS reunion, which was being held here. We don't expect much as far as luxury when staying here and as long as you come with those expectations you should be good with the Cocopah.…įor a place called a 'resort' it is NOT. Didn't do the breakfast buffet this time but we did last time we came several years ago and it was decent. The Cocopah is the closest hotel to our family so we will stay here again next time we come to town. I was shivering at night and had to turn it down it was so cold which is quite impressive seeing it was 110 during the day and 99 at night the weekend we were there. The wall unit AC is also very loud but I will say works great. Walls are thin so it was very hard to sleep at times. It is more like a 2 star hotel with dated furniture, carpet, bed spread Ect but we were not here for vacation so it served its purpose.
